Our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy


What is the procedure for returning something I purchased from you?

Our customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not damaged.

You should notify us within 14 days after receiving the items that you want to cancel. Returning the purchase entails an additional 14 days from the date that you’ve informed us that you want to return. 

Within 14 days of receiving the products back, we will issue a refund. You are not required to give a reason for the return provided that you are able to show proof of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. A sales receipt or a bank statement can be used as proof of purchase. 

Every piece of hardware, including any outer sleeve, must be in its original packing. If not, we won’t be able to accept the return. Any free gifts or samples that you receive are yours to keep.

Please make sure that your products are well packaged so that they do not get damaged on their route back to us. We don’t mind if you wrap them in a newspaper. Only returns from the original purchaser will be accepted.

Due to hygienic and sanitary concerns, some items are not eligible for return:
  • E-liquids that have been opened 
  • Tanks, Atomisers, and Pods that have been used or taken from their sealed package and have been filled with liquid.
  • Vape kits that have been used and/or loaded with liquid 
  • Mouthpieces (Drip Tips)
  • Coils or pods that have been opened.


If everything is in order after your return is received and verified, we will refund the product value minus any postage charges paid to the payment method originally used. 

Any items returned by couriers owing to inadequate information or erroneous address details will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping. Unless otherwise stated that you would still like to receive the item.  

Please allow a few days for the funds to be re-deposited into your account. The turnaround time for the fund to be credited back will depend on your bank and/or the payment platform used. 


If you need to exchange an item, the quickest and easiest approach is to re-order what you need and then return the unused products for a refund. This ensures that you receive the correct things as soon as possible and that your refund will be handled once the items are returned to us. You must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods.
